Florin Stoicescu helped us sell our investment home in Las Vegas, Rancho Alta Mira neighborhood in March 2021. After our tenant vacated, Florin helped us hire contractors to repair, landscape, re-carpet and paint our house. Because we live out of state, Florin communicated with the contractors and inspected their work on our behalf. Over the last two decades we have bought and sold several investment properties. Florin did an outstanding job of marketing and selling our property. Florin worked closely with us, he communicated well and was always available to take our calls and answer our questions. Florin was an ultimate professional, from pre-listing through closing. He exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to retain Florin again in the future and we recommend him without reservation.
